Neurosciences across the country were addressed by the report

Commenting on the release of the Independent Adult Neurosciences Expert Review and the Minister's statement that she will implement it's recommendations, Welsh Lib Dem Health Spokesperson, Jenny Randerson AM said:

"The report paints a damning picture of the current state of neurosciences in Wales. Five out of the seven main conclusions of the report are based on strong criticisms of the current situation. While I respect the Minister for taking action on this, the question remains as to what the Government has been doing for the last ten years to improve the picture?

"It's great that action is now being taken, but patients who have suffered over the last ten years will want to know why the Labour Government have failed to address this situation before now."
