Jenny Randerson AM has been fighting for the future of Llanishen Reservoir for nearly a decade

Commenting on the news that CADW have decided that Llanishen Reservoir meets the grounds needed to list the reservoir, Welsh Lib Dem Assembly Member for Cardiff Central, Jenny Randerson said: "This is great news, and a real day of cheer for all those who have been involved in the Reservoir campaigns over many years.

"This is not the end of the battle, but it certainly could be the beginning of the end. There will still be a statutory 28 day period for further consultation but I am very optimistic that the Minister will confirm CADW's initial decision at the end of that period."
